I have 2 relatives in 247 Community Support care. I can not ask for better care. The staff as friendly and approachable and have made the transition as easy as possible both for my relatives and me. My relatives are part of their family and looked after as such. I did have initial concerns as to how they would react with new people around them but they have settled in brilliantly and are happy.

For a support company working with others, they lack basic communication skills. Forgetting to turn up to a client with the excuse "we got them mixed up" no apology was given for their mistake. Now they have cancelled all support without any explanation to a vulnerable adult with autism. The care act is all about the well-being of the individual! Yet they made someone intentionally; emotionally and mentally distressed, with no care when I discussed the consequences of their actions. My dog shows more emotion than 247!

Please do not use this support community. If i could give them zero stars I would. They have no clue how to support someone with Autism and although they were Darlington Borough Council's preffered support community, there is no reason why. My daughter had used their services for many years as her Social Worker refused to remove them and from support workers not turning up, to just recently going behind my daughters back to cut support from 12 hours to 5. What support community would want to cut hours? They have just sent my daughter a letter stating they are withdrawing her support with immediate affect. This sent my daughter into a meltdown so severe she became hysterical. What is it are you worried because i sent a SARS request to you for all my daughters records and communications with the council? DONT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Worst support community I ever came across you talk about how you feel and there don't care no autism awareness training whatsoever been with them for awhile sent me a letter saying we will withdraw your support no understanding of autism how can there work with people with autism seriously do not trust these people no good at they job whatsoever there didn't give me a reason or nothing what kind of support community does that to an autistic person I have autism and there don't really know what's it's like to live with autism or understand it from my perspective the management and quality of service is shocking
