Excellent quality, excellent customer service.

I took my 2024 Toyota Tacoma in to repair deep scratches on my driver-side door. When I dropped off the vehicle, the woman at the front desk processed my claim and set the expectation early on that the completion date of the work is difficult to set as there are many factors outside of their control - namely the availability and shipping time of things from dealers and/or manufacturers.

That said, they were very communicative throughout the entire process. They originally quoted me 14 days but, as we were both pleasantly surprised, the part arrived sooner than expected.

The work was simply amazing! Completely restored like new without any clue or hint there was ever any damage.

I even took my vehicle back twice after the work was completed for two things (which they fixed completely and without hassle/hesitation):

1. My driver-side front window was raising and lowering slower after their work. Some paint dust got in the track which they cleaned and resolved the matters.
2. I brought the vehicle back, again, as I noticed an unbuffed spot on the vehicle in the area they worked on that a car wash or manually effort could not buff out. They buffed it out no problem.

I would highly recommend Crash Champions to take good care of you and your vehicle.

You must read this if you need your car repaired. Amazingly there are several automobile repair shops with 3 to 5 miles of each other. The staff assisted with a car rental and they keep me constantly updated with the estimates and repairs. I've never seen a shop so efficiently operated. The staff is better than excellent. Do you repairs here....

Pretty sure this company (service king-AKA CRASH CHAMPIONS)and the insurance company are working together to total out peoples vehicles just to give a low ball offer on your car to turn around and re-sell your vehicle for top dollar.
We brought our 2016 Honda Odyssey to get body damage fixed just to have this shop hang onto our van for over a month, did receive any updates even after we called multiple times, they didn’t fix anything while they held onto our vehicle. Called insurance claims just to get the run around from the shop and ALLSTATE…now they’re trying to tell us that the body damage has done tons of damage to the AC and it needs to be totaled…the original quote was for 5k, now it’s over 12k!! Don’t trust this company, don’t do business with ALLSTATE insurance both of these companies are a SHAM and take advantage of blue collar people!! Still haven’t seen our van or any type or repairs, just get the run around from both party’s!!

Everything from helping with my rental car to sending me text updates daily. She is extremely organized and made everything look easy. Exactly the type of person you want representing your business! It really sucked that someone hit my car but Service King made the process of getting it fixed as good as it could be. My car looked amazing when I picked it up too!
