Main waiting area has a tv screen showing advertising videos. On two different occasions I've been distressed on hearing a female shouting "help, help" as I didn't realise at first the help was wanted on tv. Reception staff were not sympathetic to my distress. If one advertising where to go for help make sure the service does exist for abused patients triggered by your ad. No one listens to patients reports of abuse!

Doctor was rude and quite arrogant, didn’t listen to what I was saying, barely made eye contact and cut me off several times as I was talking. He was very dismissive and uncaring. We discussed iron levels, having been told by another doctor that I have low iron levels and symptoms of anemia, his only answer was well it’s better than it was last year and if you’re that concerned then take some more OTC iron supplements in addition to what you’re already taking. Not only is this dismissive, but it’s extremely dangerous considering multiple sources, including the NHS website directly, warn against taking too much iron as it can be toxic and cause organ damage. The doctor may also like to remember that patients have access to their own medical records now. Having read the notes from my consultation, they are littered with untruths and are somewhat patronising and, again, dismissive. Patients are people, is it that difficult to treat them with respect? I’m really regretting moving to this surgery. The admin and nursing staff I’ve encountered have been lovely, but the doctor I saw was horrendous and I left the surgery in tears after my appointment.

Wife called for an appointment on Monday none available that day grave her a telephone appointment for today. No call, they claim they tried despit no missed calls or answerphone message on mobile or landline and now can't even book again for tomorrow have to call again. Disgraceful, lying and inept. Useless.

Fuc.. Bad Institution I miss 1 Phone call and I call Just In 2 mins back. I leave my name and Phone no. and never get call back. SO 4:30 pm i call to parkgate and lovly lady sed sorry Phone tomorrow because doctor sed you need re booking. Fever 41.3, pain in legs, pain during urinating, iching area, and strong headache thank you for your help you Little fuc... shi...

This place is vile' they ask for things they don't need! When I called someone had told me to write a letter and post it explaining to the doctor what I wanted to talk about! As I had just had a seizure, so I was in no fit state to walk. Crazy and this was unnecessary. They are quite rude on the phone. I do not recommend this service to anybody!

Lied about me to NHS England,claiming I'd made threats of violence -
oh really?!!!!!!
Strange, how they never notified the Police
(I have proof they didn't)
considering they have a Duty of Care to their staff and patients!!
NO threats were made,but plenty of lies were told (and it wasn't me who told them!!)

Very bad service for a patient with no heart I wanted to make an apoitment for my son but my phone broke down I went in person and she makes me call so I tell her my phone is broken and I have no way to call and my husband is at work And she can't keep calling either please very bad NHS system but insurance charge fast and you only have to follow them by phone apoitment

Apsolutley amazing staff so kind and caring! Had all the time in the world for us no rushing! Explained everything they were doing step by step! Not demorilising at all - so compassionate and reassuring! Thankyou very much Alex, Kara and Amy. Awesome people!
