The staff were lovely. They've assisted my wife three times as she had three ultrasound scans here and they've also took bloods. Can't fault them. The place is nice and tidy. Couldn't ask for a better service other than the parking area, which can be quite difficult to squeeze to find a spot during peak hours. But other than that, I would highly recommend them! A++

The main wheelchair lift was out of order on the day I arrived but the staff were offering use of the restricted access staff lift.

-just received message on the phone with a message to confirm if I am attending an appointment here I called waiting in a Q explained what it was about and I didn't receive a letter spoke to a girl said i think the message said this clinic should i not haven't have been sent a letter out girl said I don't know said I am sure a letter should have been sent out
.I explained the message I think said this was place I had to come to thought it would have been the hospital said you must have had a referral said yes I had a referral but don't know where as I haven't received a letter girl said she would put me through .
I got cut of 4 times and had to call back ended up gave me the number to call ,i have now called the number finally got through told by an Irish girl said st it wasn't in there it was in the Health Centre I said could you give me the number of the Health Centre she said its on the 1st floor in said no the girl I spoke to 4 times said it wasn't in three she said yes it's on the 1st floor said what!!!!are you telling me its in that building said yes but a mess of a place this is I have never tried to get information of an appointment like this I my life right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing .I asked again for my letter to be sent explained again I was on morphine patches for pain and had to work out the date as i can't just can't my bed I have to plan when i can get out bed then she said do you want to change it i have diary here said i he the number again of the clinic so i can call when i worked my patches out said want the booking number this time I was filled with tears I just put phone down .
I told both these ladies I was putting a complaint online as i was on phone was calling my surgery to complain didnt seem to make any difference .
I was at this place one vertigo clinic they changed my next appointment had flu for 6 weeks wasnt enable to call the clinic and i havent hear a thing from them do yous not contact patients that live on their own if they don't turn up for an appointment even after you'd cancelled it .
I am really disgusted what i have went through this morning would it not have been easier to send out a letter to me least I would of know about the appointment and would have been given all info I needed .
I hope to here from someone in charge by phone .

Not very nice place it only takes one comment against you and all the ignorant nurses get involved they are being used and don't understand.

The attitude of the older male employee in the health centre is absolutely appalling, he seems to sit at all the floors , floats about a lot , he speaks to patients as if they were a piece of rubbish, ranting this morning at a few of us because we came in the building at 07:55 , for 07:45 to 8 am appointments , shouting that he’s not happy about security , someone needs to tell him if you are late for appointments , you do not get taken . He wouldn’t last 5 minutes If he worked in the retail sector.

Was at the surgery in the afternoon. As usual, the GP I saw was very understanding, and helped me work through some stuff. I felt better for having gone.

Went in 2 times now for a blood test had to go back for a second because they lost my blood the first time and then I’ve just phoned them up there and they have explained they’ve lost it a second time so I will be taking matters into my own hand and be getting in contact with my solicitor and be suing for medical negligence.

Has to be one of the worst doctors surgery going. Used to be great. But patients definitely over powered this clinic. Can't get an appointment with a doctor without doing it over the phone. Problem being there staff have to long breaks, constantly on hold when trying to phone and useless if you do get through. Shame. Needs more staff to cope with patient demand and better upgraded phone system
