Boutique décevante : impossible d’expédier un article sur l’île voisine, ni même d’obtenir des photos des modèles disponibles, car leur site n’est pas à jour pour Saint-Barth. Le personnel n’est pas désagréable, mais clairement ni commerçant ni flexible. Aucun effort et une attitude hautaine qui donne l’impression qu’ils n’ont pas besoin de clients.

Vendeuse horrible les 2 blonde sont juste à fuir elles vous poursuivent dans le magasin et font des remarques désobligeantes. Elles sont tout simplement honteuse et devrais ce remettre en question.

À jamais retourné....des vendeurs pas de tout sympathiques e faisons de nous estupides...produits de mauvaise qualité et faisons le retour de un produit ils ont reste avec 7€ de son côté disont au client que toute É bon...des vrais voleurs...fait attention ⚠️

First time in the country and thought it would be a pleasant experience but it was not especially with the rude owners and his incompetent cashier. We asked her for help finding a taxi and immediately the owner spoke in another language to the cashier and she stopped trying to help us. Then he goes outside and starts talking real bad about us not caring if I hear or not. He said to a random couple that he does not know why we would come to his store looking for help and for a taxi at that! Said this and proceeded to point at the sign and say does it say taxi no or help no it says kiwi and laughed and began speaking another language again. He saw that I heard him and starred at me tried to smile but it was too late I already heard him being disrespectful. Also the lady acted like she was calling us a taxi and would help but after he spoke to her she told us that there are no taxis on the island and asked how we got there? Like why does it matter how we got here? And secondly we took a taxi from the ferry. All we wanted was some help or a number but instead was given disrespect and laughing like we were a joke. Then the lady said we cannot walk and we are going to miss it with a smirk like what is so funny? I would never ever support this business again and would never recommend his kiwi store. Then while we are leaving we see a taxi and put our thumb up and the owner runs out saying that taxi is not for you it’s for the couple outside who he was talking about us to. But just a second ago was told he cannot help and there is no taxis at all but yet he just got them this. And the driver confirmed the owner called him for the taxi for them. I know exactly why we were treated like this and it does not take a genius to see why! I hope his incompetent cashier opens her eyes and think for herself and work for someone who does not discriminate especially against her people.They all treated us like they were above us when we are here spending money helping the equity and growth to the island. Kiwi is a no go and I will continue to spread the word to anyone who considers coming to the island.
