Yulio came out and we discussed replacing drain pipes. He gave me a quote of 20,382 for completed work. His men came out and worked for 2 straight days until 9 pm Saturday evening. They installed an Ada pressurized toilet which had been painful for me to use. The other toilet can’t be replaced until they pour concrete. He did say the price might go up depending on what they had to do. He told me he couldn’t return the toilet and I explained it was painful to use. He came this morning at 10 am to discuss me signing papers for the additional work. I informed him I would not sign anything until the concrete was poured and the toilet replaced. He wanted me to pay the balance for the work completed but I explained that the the work was not complete and I wouldn’t sign anything or pay anything until it was done properly. He said the additional charge would be another $8,000 for what they had to do. I told him that was unacceptable. He told me that it was now in his managers hands and I asked him to leave my home. I have not heard back from management and I am using a toilet that is painful to use. I find this totally unacceptable! I will post pictures of the unfinished work

I purchased an AC unit from them not even a year ago and I have been having problems seem them a leak after leak …they only know how to provide…The worst costumer service ever, there was a leak in the drip pan and the said that I needed to change the dock sistem in my attic to fix the problem, with a quote of 16 k which is pretty high. I had a second opinion from an other company and they found the problem the drain in the attic was not level and so for that reason the water was coming back and their quote was much more appreciated. I feel your company doesn’t care for satisfying the costumers. You where only there when I wanted to install the unit and that only shows that you just care to make money. I will never recommend the ever. I am sad that I had to give you an Start to be able to post my review.

This is a very busy company, they had to reschedule for the following day of my appointment. They did call to confirm the appointment and another call came before the tech was on the way. The scheduling department is courteous and professional. The tech arrived and we discussed the drain clog . He gave me 3 options the $79 option, which I had already done. Hand snake from under the sink. 2 power snake from under the sink $ 447.00 3 power jetting the lines $ 2,400 + .
As I had already did option 1 I went with option 2. The drain was successfully unclogged. Unfortunately they were unable to provide a warranty due to build up in the main line. My advice is never think you’re going to pay the $79.00 fee. It will always be more .
