What can I say about Patrick from Astound...... He was friendly he was professional he explained everything to me and never made me feel like I was asking a dumb question. He showed up happy and ready to get everything worked out for me so that I could have my services.

John, the technician, was prompt, polite, and fixed my problem. Before his arrival, the internet was slow. After his arrival, the internet was fast. He also did a few extra tests to make sure everything was working properly, even after he replaced a faulty modem. I appreciate his hard work and kind demeanor.

STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY! Apparently, Astound Broadband Powered by Grande is hurting for so much money that they charge for everything. Need a technician because your service has gone out 7 times over 30 days, we can send a technician but it'll cost you $75+ (or you can just reboot your system and hope it doesn't happen again). Have auto pay set up? Did it decline? That's a $30 charge. Apparently, Astound considers a debit card payment to be the exact same as paying with a check - when it's on auto pay. No other company charges you $30 for an auto pay payment denying. STAY AWAY from this money-hungry organization. They may offer 1.5GBps but it's not worth it if it doesn't work or they continue to charge you for every little bit they can. STAY AWAY! STAY AWAY!

I have since moved to their competitor Spectrum and I'm never looking back.

EDIT: I'm not interested in whatever bull crap, scripted answer you got to give.

The man’s name was David, and he was very rude to me and my daughter in law. I guess the customer service standards have changed since astound bought out Grande. Grande had way better customer service. This is like my 4th bad customer service experience with this new company. WOW!!

SEAN tech 24018 was da man!!! professional, very attentive, quick, answered all my questions, patient, capped connections he didnt make that were in the wall, made sure all my questions and concerns were met or exceeded during the setup of the internet. Never complained and even tested my speed and discovered that they were half of what I was paying for and adjusted them accordingly and now Im at the gig speed whoopie. Im impressed with Astound because if this is the kind of workers they have I look forward to doing business with you for a very very long time. Thank you Sean and Astound keep up the good work, have a Happy Thanksgiving and Merry Christmas and New Year. Sincerely the Pastor. PS now I can study the Bible and kill zombies on my ps4 with blazing speeds. Remember Sean the book is entitled GOD Talk. 😀

I have had this internet provider for yrs. But the last 4 yrs have been the worst. My internet is so slow that I constantly have a slow speed warning on my Fornite. Now you have to pay a monthly fee if you don't want to have to pay a service fee for them coming out. My problem is with their equipment. It is constantly underwater, and I have told them. They do nothing to fix it, and the one time they came out they charged me a service fee. This equipment is on the other side of the road not on my house. Literally their equipment. I have no choice but use them because of my landlord, but It sucks paying for a service you don't get the full use of because they won't maintain their equipment.

1 month into ASTOUND..... and so far the customer service is horrible. Should have stayed with Spectrum. Set up my paperless and auto pay, per the instructions i was given. But still got charged a different amount. Called to fix problem, I fixed it.... but now have to wait 2 months for the change to process before i get charge with the discounts. 2 MONTHS...... But i have had this account for only 1 month. why didnt i have to wait the 2 months on day 1 of signup? Terrible, scammers.
