I highly recommend using this company!! I have a newer model of GE Washer & have been having complaints with it since receiving the machine. After my first visit from ATS, I still had concerns. I was beyond impressed, when Mr. Bobby (owner) took the time to call and address me with these concerns. He was very understanding and very kind. I felt very respected and heard. So thank you!!

Today, Mr. Leopoldo (Manager) took the time to drive an hour to Sierra Vista to help me with my issues. Upon arrival he was very kind and understanding. He took the time to listen to my issues and concerns with the machine. GE has sent me two other companies prior to ATS and every one of those technicians that came out did not bother to take the time to hear my concerns. So being heard means so much to me.
Mr. Leopoldo not only explained things into depth but he got down on his knees and took apart the bottom part of the washer to show me how things worked and to make sure everything was intact.
No one has ever bothered to do that with me and I am so grateful! Technicians don’t do that anymore, bring it back!
Now I have a little more knowledge on how the washer works in the motor area and better understanding how the washer operates.

Needless to say. I am very impressed the second time around working with ATS and very grateful to have been heard!

Leopoldo was terrific. It took him just minutes to diagnose problem and another 20 to replace a part. All’s fixed!!!! And since he’s been servicing appliances in this house for about 20 years, he explained fixes on other appliances he’s worked on. Very helpful.

Leopoldo came to our home and did a great job repairing a loud vibration sound on our refrigerator. He isolated the vibration sound rather quickly and fixed it up! We live in Elgin and finding reliable, prompt appliance service technicians is not easy. We will definitely call Leopoldo for future service repairs! He was on time and efficient. We highly recommend his service.

I contacted Maytag and asked for a repairman they recommended. They contacted Authorized Technical Service for me. Bob, was incredible. I love my Maytag Washer. It needed some maintenance and a couple of parts. He got them ordered, came back placed the parts on, told me my machine is in good working condition. I am so thankful for ATS and Bob. My attitude is, if Maytag recommended them, that is perfect for me. Thank you Bob and ATS team.

The technician that serviced our GE dishwasher was out of Benson, and I wish I remembered the techs name. Because it was the most incompetent technician, and experience I've ever had. Not only was the dishwasher not fixed, the technician reported and closed the case saying it was fixed. Even though when the tech left, they stated they were going to order the part we need. We called GE and they scheduled another tech from another company to come and fix the dishwasher. Thankfully, because that technician should be let go. If I could rate the experience as a zero star I would... This has been over a period of six months and three separate times that the same technician has came out here... Don't occupy a job that you can't hold a standard for...

The week before Thanksgiving, my "new-ish" refrigerator died. ATS was able to send a service agent the very next day on Friday, instead of making me wait until Monday. Mr Siaosi called to let me know his approximate arrival time and was on time. He was very professional and knew almost right away what was wrong with it.
He told me he would probably have to order a part and with the upcoming holiday he was unsure how long it would take. Of course, my fridge was full of food for Thanksgiving, and trying to get it all into coolers was not working. He was able to locate the part locally and got the fridge up and running pronto! I didn't lose any Thanksgiving foods and was thrilled that he was able to repair it so quickly. Thanks so much for such as great save!!

I scheduled service for my parents. This would have been a 5 star review if I was only reviewing the technician.
The scheduling should receive 1 star. We scheduled service for Tuesday of this week (we received a confirmation of this date in writing) . When no one called to give us a 2 hour window, we called. We were informed we weren't on the schedule for Tuesday, but we were for Wednesday. We couldn't do Wednesday, but got rescheduled for Thursday. The lady on the phone was rude and barely let us speak.
The technician, Bob (area supervisor technician) deserves 5 stars! He came at the scheduled time, was very nice, fixed the problem, and explained things very well. Bob was knowledgeable, friendly, and even friendly with our dog.
