Excellent magasin avec de nombreux souvenirs, vêtements, drap de bain et autres objets souvenirs à "bas" prix par rapport aux prix que l'on retrouve dans d'autres magasins.

Très grand choix de drap de bain, porte clef, plaque souvenir...

Attention cependant à certains objets (briquets notamment) qui peuvent ne pas fonctionner

Prices are okay but customer service is a amazing! Rosie was amazing!
We had a crying 4-year old who wanted a certain product but they didn’t have it in her size. However, Rosie tried her hardest to cheer her up and went above and beyond!
Keep it up, Rosie!

I absolutely love this place. they were super friendly, very accommodating are for a souvenir place. they are more than reasonable I've traveled so many places and whenever it comes to the time date souvenirs some of the prices and other places are ridiculous this place was reasonable and so allowed me to buy more items for friends and family!! I really appreciated the fact that I even got a gift bag to put all my Wonderful souvenirs that I bought .... ? thank you prayer making your store such a wonderful place to go shopping at and having a great staff that was extremely helpful.

A tourist fun house with plenty of items that will make your beach stay fabulous.
The manager/owner Rosie was very accommodating.
Made our visit very fun. Also the store is very accessible and disabled friendly.

There is a large selection so if you’re in a hurry it’s a good place to stop. It’s in a convenient location. The store employee may have been a loyal employee to the company for years: however, her demeanor was rude, loud, condescending—need I say more. When an older woman walked in to ask directions, I was floored at the way she was treated. The clerk never took the time to help her even though I told her I could wait. she said...”...I work seven days a week so I don’t know if things have changed to direct you.” When my granddaughter asked: “do you have denim shorts, she said: ... this is a surf shop, so no, you won’t find any denim shorts here. And not in a kind manner. When I asked her what the limit was to get a beach bag, I was shopping with my daughter-in-law, she said: “she already got hers.” Which left me not knowing if I might want to spend more money to get the bag. In fact I put items back. It was just her abruptness. I realize she’s busy but she you could have used her staff member in a better way to help her. I’ve trained on customer service so I’m trying to help. She was not friendly, she did not smile, and when asked a question she would yell from the cash register and point blah blah blah blah. It was obvious the other young man was not trained on the products. He had no idea how to answer questions or be helpful. I was amazed. And, to top it all off when I got home with a shot glass I purchased, the picture of Florida came off in my dishwasher! I have bought hundreds of shot glasses in my travels as they are a unique and easy to carry item. Never, all around this country, shopping in many different kinds of stores, outlets, airports etc. have I had that happen. No, I am short a gift for a family member. A small price monetarily, but a big price to pay for a negative review.Needless to say, I’m not happy, and I feel taken advantage of.
