Atrocious service , prescription has been in since 4th June and still can't get it because they have lunch at 3pm . Previously cancelled orders , and specialist company is needed for standard medication such as vitamin D ?

A nice spacious store that is well presented and clean but totally lacking any personality, friendliness or great customer service.
If you know what you want and where to find it it's a fine place, but if you need a prescription in a hurry don't use their repeat prescription service it takes a ridiculous amount of time (4-5 days longer than the other pharmacies in town!! Shocking.)
Wouldn't recommend this place but also don't have much negative to say other than the poor repeat prescription service.

It's a great store. There are lots of beauty counters, plenty help available when you need it. I was able to get a couple of testers which is great! It's one of the best Boots stores iv been to. I now go there when I need to make an in store purchase.

Clean and plenty of room to shop. Wide ailse and neat shelves stock moved forward. Staff a little hard to find although plenty behind the apart from a person behind the till. There is a wait if you have a prescription to collect. Why I have no idea when so many people behind the medication counter.
I did purchase an item not on the shelf but in stock. However to no avail but I wouldn't buy it again and never advise it to anyone..

Terrible service at the pharmacy counter. You can tell this is a free service as no effort to provide a decent customer service. Waited 20 minutes in a queue to pick up a prescription handed in 4 days ago to have to wait a further 10 mins for them to try and find the medication which was lost.

I prefer shopping online, especially over the last two years. Everyone in the Gala store is lovely and helpful and I can usually find everything I need by myself. If I can't for whatever reason, the staff are kind and helpful and know where everything is. (Only reason not 5 stars, I'm autistic and the store is always really bright, loud and very busy).
