I needed to repair a necklace that got damaged at work. They were so sweet and listened to my concerns, they said they could fix it no problem, even if I didn't buy the chain from them. The necklace was my mother's and at least twenty years old, so it definitely is valuable to me. They took such good care of it, so if you need affordable repairs, they are the place to go.

I am new to Cave’s. Spent some time looking for a family owned business in the area. I am very pleased. Everyone at the store has been very pleasant and welcoming. If they don’t know the answer to a question, they are very willing to ask someone that would know. I had a tennis bracelet and a diamond and sapphire bracelet repaired. They were completed within the time frame I was given and looked beautiful when I got them back. I will definitely continue to use the for all of my jewelry needs.
