El PEOR Lugar para Ir. Hicieron mis taxes colocaron toda la información mal, me tocó pagar un montón de dinero al IRS por penalidad y por supuesto nunca me dieron el reembolso. Te hacen esperar más de 4 horas, hacen todo mal, NUNCA te solucionan, son una real ESTAFA.
Te pueden meter en un problema con el IRS y ellos se lavan las manos.

(SCAM) (UNPROFESSIONAL) Worst place ever i do not recommend anyone to come here, my mother filed her taxes here and they stole $200 from her and we did everything through the phone since we moved out of state and we had to call IRS to be sure they filled her taxes and we were told they don’t have anything on their system and we kept calling them back and we was given some lady’s whatsapp number to help us through the process and she told us she filled my mothers and my taxes but she wouldn’t pick up since and now that she recognizes my mother phone number they stop picking up and answering messages her messages until my father decided to call from his number she finally picked up but we told her we was going to notify the irs about this and she straight told us that go ahead that she doesn’t care and that she did everything but IRS tells us otherwise and doesn’t want to fix the problem she did or give us the money back, this place is a SCAM and so UNPROFESSIONAL I do not recommend anyone to come here, this is your warning ! DO NOT AND I MEAN DO NOT COME HERE

I see alot of bad reviews here but my husband and myself have been coming here for years and they've always been good to us so for me, I would recommend them 100% and we will continue to come back

I marked this as a 5 star review to catch the eye of the people looking for a good place to do there taxes. THIS IS NOT A GOOD PLACE TO DO YOUR TAXES. This place is a fraud and they will put you at risk for an audit. I have been fighting an audit for almost a year now and this place has not been helpful. They fraudulently put information that I did not account for in my 2015 taxes now I owe the IRS 5K. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN. The amount of work time lost due to this placed negligence is insane. Any review with 5 stars has to be fake.

This place is dishonest. PLEASE DO NOT DO YOUR TAXES HERE. If you are not sure how taxes work and the numbers they give sound good just don't do it here. You will literally pay. it back to the IRS and lose days of work due to this place.

THIS PLACE NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN.
THEY PUT ME IN THE GUTTER FOR 5K.

What's the point of an appointment if I still need to wait 3 hours to be seen...
Edit: Also don't come here, they steal you're money and make it look like you weren't aware that they charge "extra". And when you catch them in those lies they're just like "oh no worries, we'll give you you're money back because you didn't know". Bunch of thiefs, should be shut down

cuando llenan los taxes le están robando cerca de 300$ y más 50$ por llenarlo.
llenan mal los datos me mandaron a cobrar el irs por crédito de estudiante y yo sin serlo.

sino creen que le roban . puede chequear el estado de su reembolso en la página oficial de irs.gov

This place is a fraud I received a letter from the it’s to verify my info identity and right after I verified my identity 665 dollars was deducted from my checking account I hvnt even gotten my taxes yet. I’m going to call the irs and let them know they are doing fraudulent transaction at this place. They never ans their phone and they are always close. They are criminals and need to go to jail.
