I've always wanted to own a renowned Chanel bag. So I finally had the opportunity and went to the Palm Gardens Mall Chanel Boutique. Mind you I was nervous on the type of service I would receive. (I am non affluent African American BBW).

Well, I was immediately greeted by Sergio. I told him I wanted to purchase my 1st Chanel. He was so friendly and professional. He told me the history of Chanel while we looked around. Due to limited inventory, I was unable to get the item that I wanted. He did show me other pieces that I might like. I finally settled on a beautiful pair of diamond CC earrings and the matching necklace. He wrapped the items with such care and professionalism. My Chanel experience was FANCY!

Sergio did notify me a few weeks later that the Pouch was available to be ordered. He handled the transaction happily and efficiently and I received my beautiful Chanel by mail. It felt like Christmas opening up the ribbon wrapped box.

i LOVE this Chanel store so so much. honestly my favorite in florida, the workers all have AMAZING customer service (especially the guy with grey curly hair, he’s awesome). this place is perfect for when you wanna spoil yourself, just to smell the perfumes, or learn about the Chanel company when you visit the store.

J.J. Works at the fragrance and beauty boutique in the Gardens mall and she has done exceptionally well with her customer service and knowledge of the Chanel product! She has also offered to give my mother and I a tour of the store and gave us a very well detailed explanation of the different types of fragrances that aren’t sold anywhere else! I will be visiting again and I will be looking forward to the great customer service! 🙂

Please take the time to read this. Customer service was shameful! After spending a wonderful morning shopping on Worth Ave with my husband, we decided to continue our shopping day at Palm Beach Gardens. We entered the Chanel store where were greeted with a less than warm welcome. I decided on some earrings I had seen earlier at the Worth Ave store. Maria was helping us. She was in the middle of our sale when another customer that she apparently knew entered the store. At that point she totally "blew us off" and started helping the other woman who was looking to purchase a Chanel bag. It was as if we became invisible and she motioned to another associate to finish our sale. She never acknowledged us after that point. Not even a thank you! We paid for the earrings and left the store feeling dissatisfied and disrespected. She had taken the joy right out of my birthday shopping experience. I was angry at myself for allowing my husband to continue with the purchase. It bothered us greatly that we had been treated so poorly. Within minutes, we walked back in and returned the earrings. Even though it was completely out of our way, we drove back to the Chanel store on Worth Ave and purchased the earrings from Quincy who had helped us earlier and gave us more than stellar customer service.

We had a wonderful time finding a foundation match and lipstick with the help of Ratih Simmons. She helped us out with such beautiful and sweet spirit. We will definitely be coming back soon.

Ladies here are lovely but Chanel policy of warranty on their products is horrible. The quality has gone down. They don’t stand behind a clearly defective product less than a year old.

The Keeper of The Shade

I was part of a group that witnessed as the employees of this store called mall security to remove a man of color who was standing by the rail, on his phone, not bothering anyone at all. Never did I think that I would witness what you hear about in the news. The quote that says "the true measure of a man is how he treats someone who can do him absolutely no good" certainly applies here. The employees of this store do not even treat potential customers with any dignity despite being a "high class store."
