Dr. Tiffany Smith is the best doctor my family and I could ever ask for! Her attention to detail, and her warm and compassionate way she addresses every health issue my family and I have had, is amazing! We are very happy with the quality of care that we receive from Dr Smith. I am so thankful that God led us to this amazing doctor! The office staff is awesome also. They're always very kind and helpful! If you want a doctor that will do everything that she can to help you and go above and beyond, then you need to go to Dr Smith!

We have been patients of Community Hospital going back to their days on 12th St.
Majority of our doctors are associated within the hospital as well.
Both my husband and I have received excellent care with our stays at Community as well as outpatient surgeries.
Very nice oncology facility and the care I have received is excellent as well.
Biggest negative is the lab and losing doctors orders consistently. Such a waste of time having to have them call to get them from the doctor.

I was nervous when I first arrived, however the check in person was very kind and helpful. When the technician took me back for the lung scan she explained everything in detail and was very knowledgeable. She definitely made the test a pleasant experience . Very nice young lady ?

They are a great crew. Very friendly, kind and professional. I went in with very elevated blood pressure earlier this week. My doctor checked me over and made adjustments to my medication. He gave me great advise,which I am following. My BP has dropped drastically. I feel so much better. Thank you Community Care. You really are a life saver.

I had out patient surgery on Friday. My wife waited in the waiting room. When they came and brought her back afterwards she left my cane in the waiting area. The cane had a very personal value because my father in-law and I made it of Diamond willow and a moose horn. When the recovery nurse and my wife went back it was missing. Good News is that my nurse contacted the security office, after we has left and they went through the tapes and found who took it. They traced him to a hospital room and recovered my cane. The nurse and security people went the extra mile to recover a personal and extremely important item to us.
I can not thank them enough for what they did for my wife and I.

The facility is nice and the people I have come in contact with are all very kind and professional. However, the billing department has some serious, serious flaws. I have written 4 letters about a billing issue and have received ZERO response. When you have problems like that it creates a lot of unnecessary stress, which only makes the health issues worse. Not one reply to the several letters I sent. That is unacceptable. Also, messages have been left for the "Patient Advocate" and they too have never been replied to. Terrible customer service!

I have always had great experiences with Community Hospital. The Schedulers went out of their way for my appointment to combine two complicated tests in a single visit. They were understanding and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Clinical staff and provider were very thoughtful and thorough. Provider took his time explaining all the information and making sure my mind was eased toward any treatment.
