Shocking customer service, I would prefer to buy local but any future electronic purchases will be made online.
Can I suggest that if your team feels compelled to inform customers that they can not help them at checkout when a customer wishes to buy something that they follow a career path not in retail & customer service!!

Shocking service. I was in to buy a pair of headphones, a usb stick and a phone case. I stood at the till with my items for 30 min before someone came up to me and said, you need to go the other till to buy those items. I thought ok, this man is going to serve me. Nope, he walked me there and wandered off into the store, I'm assuming he was a sales person and not able to conduct the checkout. If so, they absolutely should be. There was no one on the shop floor. I then came to assume the guy talking to a pair of customers (at customer services) was the only guy running tills, so I thought ok I'll wait for him to deal with those customers. 15 minutes later, they walk to the phone cases and almost buy one, to then be told that it doesn't have a screen protector included. they then don't want it anymore, and all for the prices of another. So the employee, walks straight past me, says nothing (sorry sir I'll be 5 minutes in just finishing up with these customers) to scan the bloody price on the till I'm waiting at. Why don't you put the prices on the shelves? They did have a space for a label with the price. I was standing, with product in hand waiting to buy for 45 mins total. In an empty shop, with 3 members of staff. 2 doing nothing and one dealing with what seemed to be a very long transaction. He could very easily have said to the customers when they where asking to check prices of alternative products, 'sorry, I'll just check this customer out and get back to you' it would've taken 2 minutes. Instead, you lost out on a hundred pound sale, and you've lost a loyal customer. I won't be back, absolutely shocking.

Went on the off chance they stocked the item I was looking for, i.e. a universal TV stand they didn't, (they have plenty of wall mounts) Got it fom Amazon in the end. The person who eventally asked if I needed help, calmed they worked there but didn't look like they did!.

Absolutely disgusted was in Dumfries store waiting 25 minutes for someone to become free and large bald man came free at desk said to 2 people who just walked in 5 mins I said excuse me right reason or none I felt he didn’t want to serve us I said excuse me we were here before them they literally just walked in the door and he wanted to continue with them told me they were short staffed and I would need to wait wrong thing to say I said we will take our business elsewhere just lost at least a £500 cash sale and for him to say my attitude was bad his was way worse than mine and yes I had attitude with waiting in his sight for said 25 minutes

Was looking to buy a laptop but everything I was interested in was out if stock

Returned to Curry's as only place in town with Garmin watches that I know of and after 30 mins having to research the watches myself online could not find a staff member interested in selling me one so had to order online!

Staff are atrocious
