Very good Ambeince. Sales people are very nice. They have nicest way to say no you are not getting the watch you want because everyone is looking for exact same watch. The wait time is 3-5 years. You have to have a really good relationship else we don’t bother to call or communicate with you. I have waited three years dealt with 3 sales rep and get the same response. They all are trained well to say no in a nice way. You can get the watch if you are willing to spend fortune in stones. If you are a true watch fan. You ain’t getting one in retail price unless you pay premiums on stones. Everything else is a really good. You can get a free drink anytime you visit. Soft spoken good smiling face and amazing customer service for every to come and try the watch but you can’t buy them until you spend a fortune. Truth about watch industries! This place is one great example for reality of watch world !

I came in to see if they could take some links off my new Tudor watch…. Even tho I didn’t buy my watch from them, they greeted me with great hospitality, offer me something to drink, took care of my watch and sized it for me while I talked to another sales person about watches…. Great hospitality. I’ll be coming back end of the year for my birthday to purchase a watch. Thanks to the team for making me feel welcome even if I didn’t spend any money today!!! Thank you to the lady and gentleman that made me feel welcome!!

I spent the morning calling all of the Tudor authorized dealers in DFW. Finally spoke with Rance @ de Boulle and they were the only store in town with this particular watch. I drove straight up there, dealt with Rance, purchased the watch & had a great experience. Beautiful store and a welcoming vibe from the owner & employees. Highly recommended!

I first went in almost 4 years ago. I was welcomed by Austin. Very good customer service. I was able to try few of the exhibit Pateks. I really liked Aquanut and I told him that I am willing to wait and start the relationship but I would like to purchase the brand new one. He put me in waiting list and made me fill some paperwork. I use to text every now and than to check if I was able to get one. He response very timely till 1.5 years or so. After about 2 years of waiting I went in to check if I could purchase a Brand new Aqaunut. At time I was welcomed by DEVANIR. He told me Austin doesn’t work their anymore and he will be willing to help. I told him my story about Austin. He says will look into my customer profile and update from his end. He updated my profile and makes him my sales rep. I was about to buy brand new blackbay chrono on the spot that day. I told him I am willing to wait for brand new aquanaut. I was disappointed again coz he was not about to get one watch that I want in 3.5 years. I purchase brand new aqauntut from Grey market. I stopped few days ago to update my wishlist to buy brand new dual time aquanut in white gold. I was welcomed by Helene and she told me Devenir is in vacation and she will add me in waiting list. Here once again I have new sales rep. While I tried the new exhibition piece I was happy to update my wishlist. I gave all the info again and said I was willing to trade some time pieces what I never wore with new patek. She told me same thing. Wait time is very long. You have to build the relationship. If I am not able to buy a watch how can I start building a relationship. I am from Asian background. Normally,we don’t buy used or pre owned piece. She told me that I have to buy something I don’t like just to build the relationship. That was very disappointing after waiting for 4 years. Finally learned my lesson that you are not getting watch you want from here unless you buy expensive stones.

Helene is very helpful and knowledgeable. Different like other dealers that always trying to make oversell, she focused on customer’s real needs and provide proper recommendation. Glad I met with her today and will be back for my future watch needs.

Excellent service, I am a young unassuming guy who can't afford anything in the store and made it clear when I walked in that I was not going to make a purchase, however I told the salesman that I enjoy high end watches but normally don't get to see them in person. He was very accommodating and allowed me to see various Patek watches of my choosing. He then went above and beyond and allowed me to handle their very high dollar Greubel Forsey. I live in Lafayette, LA but if I am ever in the market for a high end piece, I'd gladly make the nearly 7 hour drive to buy it from here.
