My go to store for anything Disney. They sell park merchandise at deep discounted rates. Always has a great selection of Star Wars park merch as well. If you're a Black Series collector, this place is a must stop.

I visited Disney Character Warehouse today in hopes of finding the Platinum 100 Mickey Mouse plush and when I didn’t see it in stock out on the floor, I asked a cast member named James if there were more in stock in the back. He went to check and initially told me that there were no more. As I was checking out and finishing my transaction of other items, he came right up to me and to my surprise, had the plush in hand! He said he had found it in the back in a spot where it wasn’t supposed to be so that’s why he had not seen it at first. I thanked him as he found the item I had originally come to get and wanted most! I wanted to leave a review for James to acknowledge him for taking the time to come find me and give me the plush! He provided excellent customer service and now I have this lovely plush to enjoy at home. Thank you, James!

Management please understand that this rating is based on customer service experience not the merch. As much as I love going to your store there is a lady that is generally at the register that makes the experience extremely horrible and uncomfortable during checkout. She’s a red head with short hair, petite, wears glasses, and a senior. Every time I check out, she yells in my face and has hard time hearing so I have to repeat myself over and over again. One time she rang my order wrong and I had to wait a week so they could remove the hold on my account. Today I had an item that said it was for $7.99 but seemed like there was an issue with the price. She said she was trying to find it in the book she was looking at so I waited. Eventually I suggested she go where I found it to see if there was another one available. She said “ I’m petite, you think I can reach that high?” I bit my tongue. She said she had to go to the back of the store to see if she could find one. I waited. When she came she presented the same item for $24.99. I explained that was way off the original $7.99 it had. She blamed it on the kids and claimed that they come and change the prices. Then she said ain’t it funny and started laughing like it was hilarious. Things happen and i understand people make mistakes. However, in her case she always has this sarcastic attitude and makes fun of the customers and peoples inquiries. Acts like she can’t hear you when she can’t figure out what to do or how to assist you, and always seems like she doesn’t want to be working there or something. Disney should be a magical place, a place we should all have fun buying from. But her being so disorganized and disrespectful to the customers ruins the experience. I literally left everything and in a polite manner told her she could keep the entire order. Her remark and i quote was “perfect!” I have no comment. I’ve told management about the issue and her rude demeanor but it doesn’t seem to get resolved. Please sprinkle some pixie dust so she can magically improve her customer service skills or do something because that doesn’t seem like Disney vibes to me.

Awsome finds .But be advised to recheck your receipts after purchasing .I've been charged twice for the same item .bought a shirt yesterday along with several other items and i was charged for 2 shirts when I only bought 1.once you walk out of the store its difficult to get a refund for being over charged .
Otherwise a great selection of items .
