I really love Francesca’s clothing. One of my favorite stores. Every time I go to Francesca’s at Sawgrass Mall, I always get a warm and lovely welcome. Milena, the assistance manager is awesome. She is always with a smile and willing to help me find what I am looking for. In the Month of April, I had my best fried wedding, which was outside the country, and for which I was preparing with the cutes outfits and gifts I could find. Milena led me to this “Bride Kit” you had at your store. This was so perfect for my friend. Everyone loved this idea and how cute it is. I can honestly say we had to use the Bride kit couple of times while getting ready on the big day. I thank Milena for helping me with getting such a great and affordable gift for my friend. And I thank the amazing team at Sawgrass Mall for always giving me great customer experiences.

There has been countless small businesses stating that Francesca’s has not paid them for the merchandise they supply for their stores. We were in store to find a black dress for my daughter. Hanna was very helpful. She understood what we were looking for and found several dresses for us to try on in a very short time.
