I had a beautiful apt. In the worst buildingin ottawa.251donald...the management did nothing to stop the epidemic of drugs...people sleeping and defecating in the halls and stairwells...management needs to be fired...shame on them for not doing their job...and bed bugs...ooohhh the place was filled with them...och was 3 months to come take a.look...cheap living!!! Unless you're a drug dealer I wouldn't live there.

I live here and we have our own lunch program ? soup warms the soul ? every Monday which I help run for Celsius Ottawa, and twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays we have a breakfast? we also have a program for fresh vegetables on-site community and tenant support with OCH and options by ? I lived here since 2007 and it keeps getting better

Whatever you do, DO NOT use visitor parking. Ottawa community housing mistakingly hires this crooked “Park Safe” company to manage they’re parking. I’m sick and came out a few minutes past 10am. My car was towed across the city with a 400$ tow bill plus 100$ ticket. Obviously some of the people in community housing don’t understand the concept of community housing. 500$+ in fees for a few minutes past they’re parking deadline is rediculous. OCH needs to seriously revise their parking authority as it is managed by a crooked and shady parking company.

You're better off in a homeless shelter or even jail then live at OCH... Good luck there!?

Always police here , not sure why .And Ottawa housing says this is a wheel chair unit but u can barely fit my wheel chair in some places in the house .

They don't take care of anything. It's a serious pain in the ass if you live in one of their units because they completely ignore anything you tell any of the workers about your home

Rusty

some work needed there but its not a bad place to live.
