Shane Zellers is the best when it comes to irrigation and help with landscape design. We received MANY pointers on plant choices and what type of irrigation heads would be best for each zone. Shane is super friendly and knowledgeable. Ask for Shane Zellers for your irrigation needs you won't regret it.

I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Massey. I called on a Saturday morning with an issue and the inspector(Shane) was there within an hour. He described my problem and presented the solution. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Their service is outstanding .Carlos the specialist was assigned for my issue. He was extremely knowledgeable on my situation. He communicated his arrival time the day before and always arrived on
time. He was friendly and helpful and saved me from having a bigger issue .
He went above and beyond and answered all my questions and concerns. I highly recommend Carlos for any extermination jobs and will definitely request him if I have a problem in the future.

Massey Services was recommended to me for pest control, termite prevention, and for lawn treatment. I scheduled an on site inspection through the Lake Mary office. Shane Zellers called to confirm the appointment and to review my needs. He arrived on site promptly, preforming a thorough inspection of the interior and exterior of my home, including the attic. Shane recommended preventative treatment options for both pest and termite services and also recommended services to help control weed growth throughout expansive rock beds surrounding my home. After signing up for all recommended services, Shane followed up to ensure each process moved forward smoothly. The technicians, David, Gustavo, and Jeff arrived separately for each appointment on time and answered all questions relating to the product application and any necessary precautions to protect people, plants, and pets. The knowledge and professionalism Shane exhibited throughout the inspection and sales process was impressive. I felt like he understood my needs and made recommendations which have, 3 months later, exceeded my expectations. The care and pride each representative I’ve interacted with takes in their work is truly remarkable. I couldn’t be more satisfied to be a new Massey customer!
