I left them a voicemail because they were unavailable to take my call I understand how busy the NHS are I just hope when make next available appointment they can help my child's mental state.

I was removed from the practice after being treated badly by the doc Nadia Rahman and the receptionist. Iv never done anything bad before in there and I felt they could have resolved it by talking to me instead of removing me.
The receptionist and doc rahmen has lied and accused me of being racist for describing my usual doc as being white: they claim I said 'I want to see a white doc'. I definitely didn't ask that. I asked where my normal doc was, and I didn't know her name so I started describing her appearance. How is that being racist? I only asked to know where my normal doc was because I wanted to make sure I didnt see Rahman again after her treating us so badly.
She had us waiting for an extra 30 mins with no communication and when I raised this issues with her she cut me off every time I spoke. Iv been accused of being aggressive and shouting which is another lie.
It was my tone of voice that changed but only because she wouldn't let my finish a sentence. Iv been seen by many doctors of all races and have no problem with them, only when rahmen was obnoxious and rude that's when I started being annoyed. She could have handled the situation better but instead she made it ten times worse by not giving me the time of day. This woman clearly doesn't know how to communicate properly. And gets innocent people removed and uses the racism card. It's not the colour of your skin that bothers me/us it's the way you treat people.

Be careful seeing this doc. She will do the same to you and could get you removed for nothing. The staff in there are not to be trusted, they lie to get their own way.

Not only have I had to deal with being accused of racism and got removed permanently . The person who is responsible for prescriptions continually mess them up. They are so unreliable. This happens all the time and everyday for a week back in March I had to call to sort the prescription for my diabetic son as the pharmacy hadn't received a thing from the doctors.
I wouldn't recommend this place. The anxiety i get each time I call the pharmacy expecting it not to be done is horrible. I now order stuff well in advance so I didn't have to suffer the consequences. I don't even want to go back. Awful place.

I've been with them for many years now. The doctor is very very good and unstands everyone's issues and struggles but you I had no one and fell in shower broke my hands had for years I feel she should have got me alot more support as my health has been really bad especially after I had tht vaccines when' i researchd
It other people had put post up and it was was like watching myself it was like watching myself and no body was agnolising what was happening with me including my doctor when alot of people saw me in that state thn I was. Kept in hospital suffering form delirium I just want the help I need to get bk to heath again and be able to try and get on with my life and I didn't get one bit oc support

I have been there 5 days day by day. Nobody attend me, nobody do nothing. Every day they told me to wait somebody call me. Today, again I was there. One lady received me and I understand my problem it was way too much for he. She call other person to come assist us while we speaking. That second person it way nobody else just a DOCTOR. And she speak verry rood she don't care about my problem which is alcohol. She told me to wait there are many person who wait 6 month for receive help. I'm disgust.

I have never met such nice staff than I have at ADRS in the New Gorbals Health Centre. They've been there for me, for whatever reason, and I can't thank them enough.

Apart from being several miles from where i am in Glasgow, no direct bus route..I.e a car or a taxi would be better. It is a 20 min walk from the bus stop. I only visit once a month and it is a fairly new building with friendly staff and short waiting times (provided your on time) I can't really knock it apart from the aforementioned.

Today I phone to the GP ,about accident last two weeks absolutely very rude he put phone off absolutely very useless please don’t register in this GP also the reception very rude as well uneducated people over there never listen to people NHS should do something about this terrible new Gorbals health centre.
No manners no respect ?
