Shopping at the Nordstrom Rack Outlet at Sawgrass Mills Outlet Mall was a top-notch experience, thanks largely to the exceptional service. I visited with my friend Travis and my dog, Steven Spielberg, and was immediately impressed by how welcoming the staff was. From the moment we walked in, the team was attentive and ready to help, even making a fuss over Steven, which added a warm, personal touch.

As I browsed the store, I was thrilled to find several fantastic deals. I picked up a really fun pair of Original Penguin shorts and a standout tennis shirt from the same brand. The shirt had a unique two-tone design, with a white back and a printed front, complete with the classic small logo. I also scored a pair of Lucky Brand khaki pants in a rustic brown color that were just too good to pass up.

Even though the store was busy, the checkout process was efficient. The line was short and moved quickly, but what really stood out was the pleasant demeanor of the attendant at the counter. They were friendly, chatty, and even took a moment to engage with Steven, which made the experience feel even more personalized and enjoyable. The store itself was well-maintained, considering the high foot traffic it clearly gets.

Overall, the service here truly elevated my shopping experience. I’ve shopped at this Nordstrom Rack before, and each visit continues to impress with its consistent quality and outstanding customer care. I’ll definitely be returning, knowing that I can always count on great finds and even better service.

Had the most amazing experience today all thanks to a wonderful sales associate named Sonlie. I found a shoe I really liked but could not find the matching pair. I approached Sonlie and she immediately stopped what she was doing and proceeded to locate the pair. She assured me she’d find it and she did!

I found a couple of shoes, but I was looking for balenciaga. I asked someone over the phone, and the lady said yes, they sell, but she had to check. I waited on hold for 20 minutes and just hung up. I drove to the location and asked a guy in the men's department, and he said they don't sell balenciaga shoes. Now, I don't know who to believe.
