The best sports shop at this mall. They got one of thee best customer service (especially on a busy Saturday). All three employees were very attentive and tried their best to get us the item we were searching for which was a sugar skull hat in a certain size. Though they did not have the item available, we didn’t leave empty handed as they had other hats with stand-out designs.

As I told the 2 managers at the store. I was going to write a review about the poor service received. I was not approach to see if I needed assistance. After when I approached them to pay they didnt even greeted me. I had to go get my card from my car came back and both the man and woman said to be the manager were not friendly at all. On top of that I was been charged a different price from the one on the tag. Just my feedback, they may not care but If it's not for clients they get no paycheck. But of course since they're just employees they dont care.

Had a horrible experience when I bought a jersey for a birthday boy. After I left the store, I realized I had spent much more than I had planned. So, less than 30 minutes later, I tried to return the item but was told that I could only get credit, not a refund. In other words, I am forced to spend money at this store, where there is nothing I want to buy. And I didn't even get a gift card that perhaps I could give to someone else. All I got was a paper receipt that I must guard with my life so not to lose before I use it. Never would I recommend this store.

This store is fantastic! Very clean, great selection of hats and jerseys and the staff there is very helpful. The Store manager Cameron helped me out and even ordered a hat I wanted from a different store! They are the best

I score all my Rams Lakers Kings and Dodgers gear at this store. Jerseys hats and t shirts mostly. Great staff very helpful. Stores has big inventory.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE !! The manager of this store Larry is a complete ahole. He followed us around staring at us as if we were going to steal something and told one of his workers "i need you to watch the entrance door" .. Little did dumba Larry know we were there to buy 16 kings jerseys and tshirts for a sled hockey team .. What a loss for pro image sports, we took our purchase elsewhere .
