Simone exemplifies the highest standards of customer service! I recently called this location with the most random request. I had misplaced a plastic cushioning piece that allowed me to wear my beautiful SL clip-on Knot earrings more comfortably. Simone immediately took my contact info and assured me she would return my call the following day. 24 hours later, she continued to exceed my expectations by calling to notify me that her internal resource hadn’t gotten back to confirm my request could be fulfilled. She is incredibly professional and promised to get back to me as soon as she could. Much to my delight, Simone called the next day to inform me that she had the piece I was seeking and would happily mail it to me in Boston! I could easily shop for SL pieces here in Boston, but her level of attention and willingness to go above and beyond will motivate me to give her any and all of my business in the future. It’s truly rare to encounter this level of service, even in luxury goods. Simone is exceptional and I’m grateful to have ‘met’ her.

We had the best experience today at the YSL at Cherry Creek! Our associate, Jennie, was amazing. I was shopping for a wallet and when she went to bring back what I asked for, she brought the whole tray for me to look at which really helped me out. She was super helpful and even cleaned my bag for me that I had purchased 5 years ago. Highly recommend shopping here, you won’t regret it.
