We went through Yelp to request several quotes for a toilet replacement and water pressure regulator. Luis was able to come out to scope the work, provided a quote an and completed the job within reasonable time frame. Luis and son arrived within the timeframe he promised. They were professional and cleaned up the work area after. So far our toilet works great and our water pressure is much better and I don't feel like I'm getting pelted by rocks.

After going through four contractors which consisted of, two overpriced crooks, two unlicensed (claimed to be) plumbers and experienced with gas line re-piping. We were blessed with Luis and his team.

As a female customer, we are always targeted and seen as one who has no knowledge. Luis was the opposite, he listened, and went the extra mile to help. The work was completed as promised. My tenants were grateful for their professionalism. Luis went the extra mile and did a visual inspection of any other issues underneath the house. He sent pictures and videos of his completed work and findings.

Our house's gas lines were re-piped, I no longer have the fear of gas leaks.

If you are in search of a reliable and professional company, they are it! The price of the project was within reason.

We liked the service so much that we will be hiring them again in the future.

I’ve had the opportunity to use Ser Plumbing Inc multiple times and has been very please with the service. Each time work was clearly explained, reasonably priced, and quality work. This family owner business is very friendly with professional attitude. Due to some very old pipes our next job with them is to re-pipe the entire house. There estimate was about 40% less than another plumber who was trying to take advantage of us.

Luis is amazing! He’s super friendly, great attitude and reasonable prices. We’ve had him do several projects on our house over the past 4 years and he’s always been reliable and done a great job. We recently had him install our new kitchen sink which involved cutting our granite countertop to fit the new sink, removing the old sink and faucet, and installing the new sink and faucet. Couldn’t be happier with the work he and his crew did! Highly recommend!!

I have used SER Plumbing twice and have been very satisfied. My first experience was a water heater replacement. I sent Luis photos and he gave me a quote. The quote was inline with others that I had gotten but he seemed the most upfront with me when we talked on the phone. He showed up with his brother and did a nice clean installation. The second time was to repair a damaged water supply line and a shutoff valve. I left a message in the evening and was called first thing in the morning. Luis was able to send his son and brother out that afternoon and they took of everything. I like to support a good family owned business that I can trust.

We were extremely happy with the services of SER Plumbing. They showed up on time, were able to give us an appointment quickly, were efficient, polite, solved two problems that had been plaguing us - a bathtub that refused to drain and a garbage disposal that refused to work.
