Received a call about a job they'd like done in Canada of all places. I had a bad feeling right from the start. After letting them know we don't do subcontracting, he continued to explain payment. I mentioned that's not how we work and explained how we do, and he just hung up. Glad I didn't accept anything especially after reading all these reviews

As a contractor that completed an emergency repair for this company, sent them the invoice and it has been 84 days and I still have not been paid. This is absolutely ridiculous, Everytime I call I get the run around and excuses as to why I haven't been paid yet. This is no way to run a company and I would HIGHLY suggest NOT working with this company if you can help it!!!!

Great Company to work with. Did some snow work with them for the GAP. Invoices were paid. I had to do some work on my end but they always pay. When ever you do National Contract you have to understand it takes time to get paid. They always work with you to keep there client happy and there contractors happy. Can be difficult at times.

This is the most unscrupulous company that I have ever dealt with. They lied about not receiving an invoice and said that it will take 45 to 60 days from the time we re-sent it. They promised on two occasions that they would hurry it through and its been over 60 days. Finally after much persistence they said they mailed it. Nothing but lies come from them. It is so obvious that the very few good reviews they have are from within their company in hopes to offset the bad ones.The only recourse a contractor has is to lien them or small claims court but they play the odds that no one will over small amounts of money. They have no morals.

We did work for this company in Kansas City in 2015 and they still have not paid us. The dispatcher, Brandon, that gave us the call was very nice. I have had no problems with Brandon. But since then, I have sent the vendor inquiry form that they sent me through email (when I finally got in touch with someone at the 732 phone number) back on May 2nd and still have not received any correspondence. I left a voicemail for Angela (accounts payable lady) on May 18th. Again, no follow up. We have always gotten to their service calls in a timely manner and we expect to be paid in a timely manner. We sent all the required paperwork back to them the same day we did the job. My advice is to not take on a job given to you by Service Com. Horrible.

The team members are nice, but never put together. They take 130+ days to pay invoices, and the AP department can never figure out your invoices and the work orders. It doesn't matter how many times you submit the invoice, sign-off, and photos to the team member & the AP department. No one works together or tries to process things. Some days the phone does not even work. We quit working with them over a year ago for this reason. Just amazing how incompetent some companies are.

Great company, great staff. I have been a sub for 10 plus years and Servicecom is a fair company really dedicated to their retail clients. The staff is helpful, they are reputable and trustworthy. I have seen some other reviews by other contractors, if you submit your paperwork properly and on time there are no problems-quick payment.

Let me first say that as a business owner it takes a lot for me to write a bad review. We did work for Servicecom in July and again in Aug. It's now November and still no payment. We have been in contact with them constantly, and get the same run around each time. "The check has been sent, it must have been lost, its waiting on signature". In the 7 years we have been in our location I have never had an issue with "lost" mail. Beware, this company is a shady. We now have to place judgements and leins on the businesses we did work for.
