I had very positive experience with ServiceUp. My car needed urgent repairs. They picked it up and returned it on the same day, while other places around were booked up at least several days in advance. Josh was super responsive, professional and friendly. Their prices may not be the cheapest but are still reasonable, especially considering the urgency.

I thought I enjoyed my experience until multiple encounters of things not being fixed. After the theft that happened to my vehicle my car was returned and the door lock in the back wasn’t fixed or the AC so my car was returned the first time. I get it back and then I find mold all over the trunk and my car smells for weeks. I return it a second time and the mold still is there with my alternator not replaced after being told it would be. I call a third time and then no reply. I would never recommend this company to anyone. The manager who is a female was slow at responding and only messaged if I texted her but never gave updates. I was constantly asking what the updates of the car were and what else needed to be done rather than that being told to me. DONTTTTT GET YOUR CAR FIXED HERE!!!!!

A company that really dedicate to their customers. Although the local body shop took a long time, but ServiceUp was excellent in communication and made the repair process as care free as possible. Special thanks to Kait. Very professional and communicative. Can't ask for more as a customer. Treated like a VIP.

I used serviceup to get my car fixed since I did not have much time those days to go myself to some shop and get the work done. While the car was at the shop they asked me if I wanted my bumper repaired, which I didn't so I said no. Then my car was returned without the front bumper, and no one had told me the piece had been removed and wasn't going to be put back!

I tried reaching out to customer service, but they failed to recognize any wrongdoing, unfortunate since the service they provide is in principle a good idea, but if this is the execution, very bad business.

I wanted to start taking my car to independent mechanics instead of dealerships which were always trying to upsell me on unneeded services. My company offered a discount for ServiceUp so I gave them a try. Nick showed up at my house, took the car to one of their vetted mechanics, communicated the work they were doing, and brought the car back when they were done. It was a painless way to have routine service done on my car and was much cheaper than what the dealerships charge. And, I didn't have to spend hours working out of a waiting room with daytime talk shows blaring behind me. It's a fantastic service for those who are busy and need someone to take care of car maintenance.

No words cant describe how amazing my experience was with ServiceUp. I had just got to work when my car breaks down it was stuck on drive. Never has that ever happen to me of course I don't know much about cars I had no clue what the problems was. On my lunch break I start making calls to shop near me and of course they would say too busy or can't take u in today not until Monday. At this point I was frustrated because I wasn't getting anywhere so I decided to try ServiceUp. Man I wasted all that time when I could gone to them first. They told me what the problems was found a mechanic that would take me in that same day not only that they were in contact with the mechanic at all time drop off my car at my house. It can't get no better than that. They save me the headache and got things done. Everyone I talk to was super nice and helpful. I really recommend ServiceUp. Girls if your tired of going to mechanic who try to screw you over because your a girl downloaded ServiceUp you won't regret it I sure don't.

They delivered my car to me with my USB missing and barely any gas in my car. My car went there for a transmission/gas check, and the least they could’ve done was put more gas. Plus the gas that the driver used to deliver the car. My car basically went there for no reason, and money wasted. I have been calling to speak with someone about my car, but no one seems to answer my calls now. Truly I am upset, that was a two day work pay for me wasted. I would have been satisfied if the tank had a GREAT amount of gas and my stuff wasn’t missing from my car.

My car wouldn't start when I tried to go to work. I started fumbling different services trying to get it checked out, but saw ServiceUp offering one-stop service so I decided to take the plunge. I was very impressed by the speed at which the whole situation was handled - they were able to pick up my car on short order, have it fixed in a day and drove it back to me the next. One of the agents Brandon was keeping me abreast of where things stood.

I have no comparison of what I'd be paying if I were to do it myself, but the final cost was quite reasonable and with the time and headache saved it was well worth it. There are also no hidden fees as Brandon explained their cost structure allowed them to offer service on top without charging extra.

I'm more than impressed by my experience and I think they have created a great service here!
