Avoir payé son ticket de parking en ce trompant d'une lettre dans sa plaque + prolongation via SMS et recevoir quand même une 'parkeerbiljet', je ne reviendrai plus jamais dans cette ville !

Culmination of racism and discrimination of foreigners. Even when you ask them how to find school to learn Dutch, they doesn't answer in English to explain how and what. They even doesn't answere in French or German wich are also official languages of Belgium. And problem isn't the personal, who are working there,problem is their big boss who hates everyone, who aren't born as native Dutch speakers . Shame on you. Persons like that have to be isolated from all other world.
