It's like an Argos catalogue, but with everything on display, l would have given 5 stars if everything was priced. Ideal place for crafts, home ware, gardening, car cleaning, tools etc

Finally found a toaster to match my kitchen only to find that it is now discontinued. Approached Ashley who was working in a different department who then put out a call. When no one responded she dealt with our enquiry amazingly. She worked tirelessly and patiently trying to source the instructions for the display model and eventually told me to go home but that she wouldn’t give up. She has just called to say I can pick up the toaster today. Well done Ashley. It’s not often you see anyone work so hard.

This was a strange experience. I have visited a number of these stores and have tidy and well stocked. This store appears to have the same stock os other stores but I can only describe the layout as cramped and chaoric, definately in need of a refurbishment.

Absolutely fed up with taking goods to checkout only to find the price isn't the one displayed on the shelves. I am starting to think this is a deliberate ploy to double the price at checkout in the hope that the customer will be too embarrassed to make a fuss.

I find the range predictably reliable. They have a wide range of products at affordable prices. Saying that, they can surprise you. I was looking for a water fountain and found their breadth of choice larger and more affordable than any garden centre. I suppose that’s why they’re called The Range. Makes sense when you think about it.
