I just left the store and felt the urge to write this review immediately. It was my first time and it will definitely not be my last. Lev was amazing. Very communicative, courteous, fast, and professional. He had an engaging attitude and a contagious smile. His service was simply great!

11/10/2024 I went to meet a friend to have a document notarized. When I entered the USP store, I was greeted with a warm smile by Sarah and a well organized and clean place. Sarah showed confidence in communication and product knowledge of what the USP store has to offer. I enjoyed our conversation about Star Wars movies while I waited for my friend to arrive. When my friend arrived, Sarah was very helpful to her as she notarized the document. Thank you for your excellent customer support.

Everyone at the store is so friendly and so caring. They actually managed to teach this 66-year-old woman how to return packages to Amazon. They are a fantastic team they will help you with anything they can

UPS is not helpful and has given their customer service to overseas call centers. Bleh. They also no longer follows delivery instructions from Amazon orders and does not give you a way to contact them for delivery corrections. We have signs on the door to leave the package and the Amazon instructions say so. However, if they don’t leave the package there’s no way to contact a real store to tell the driver to do their job properly. It forwards you to a call center who admittedly has no way to update drivers. They answer from a call sheet.

I’m giving 1 star so I can maybe get a call back? Went in at 9am to get a mailbox. The lovely guy working there alone was new so he calls boss to assist with getting a mailbox. Boss tells him to tell me wait until they come into work.

He makes a copy of my 2 forms of ID and I give him my phone number and email address. He says the boss will call me when they get to work in an hour. They will call me and I can finish the transaction over the phone and pay and all that.

It’s now 6pm and I have yet to receive a call. The lovely guy at the desk is not to blame, but someone could have reached out. This mailbox is important and I need it asap. I hate when someone says they will do something then they don’t do it.

But I guess I’ll go to another UPS store maybe they will be better equipped to handle a simple task of setting up a mailbox.
