I dropped by this store today. Upon entering, I received a friendly smile from a woman on the phone. It was downhill after that. The other associate followed me around the store the entire time. It felt like I was being surveilled. As I exited, an armed officer had to unlock the door. Widely uncomfortable experience.

I've visited this store multiple times. Although the selection is extremely limited it's about all Dallas has to offer. I recently visited and I must say it's not very well managed at all. I stopped by at around 1pm on NYE to grab a few items. The store was closed with a sign on the door that stated "We'll be back at 2". That's the first time I've seen a sign like that on a designer retail store but I'm patient so I decided to wait in my car until they returned. After waiting an hour, I get to the door and there is a sheriff in the front who doesn't say a word. It's kind of just understood that they're not letting anyone in. As I waited I noticed 3 people in the store shopping and 2 staff associates. One associate was assisting them and the other (Noah) was literally just walking around. I told the sheriff at the front of the store that I knew what I wanted and I didn't need a personal shopper but he said they can't let me in until the other 3 customers (who were all together) were finished. Long story short, they have this strict policy that they will only allow 1 customer in at a time. Whoever thought this was a smart business model should take a second look. You make potential paying customers wait in the hopes that the customer in store will make a purchase. Now, what if the customer(s) in store decides against making a purchase but the customer waiting outside is literally ready to purchase multiple items. It doesn't make much sense to me. Their lack of customer service and overall nonchalance solidified that I won't visit the store again. Whoever owns/operates Traffic should rethink this strategy when they look at their numbers and wonder why they're not selling through more product.

Friendly people. The store have great man selection and it's really organized and designed to make u feel welcomed. Didn't buy anything but will definitely come back to buy. The other store we looked at is the woman store and just amazing collection and quality of products. I recommend it if you want to buy high quality clothing and accessories

Went in specifically to buy an Off White belt. Looked at the belts in the case but decided to browse to see if there was anything else I wanted. Was followed the entire whole time. Went to the corner to look at the items marked down, followed there as well. He wasn’t even asking if he could help me, just watching me while I looked at the clothes. So finally I was like I don’t need this. Left and ordered the belt online.

The store has no windows and half of its inventory missing. Products that remain are solid and great quality, however it is difficult to maneuver the store with electric scooters and glass shards lying around.

This is a great store but pricey. I love their windows on the outside of the store!
