We hired Valkyrie pool to install a pool pump and get the pool up and running. They did install the pump and the pump ran, but would not work in conjunction with the timer. They refused to come back out to check the timer to determine that there was an issue since the pump would not start or shut off in correlation w timer settings. And claimed since we did not buy the pump through them, they were not responsible to get the pool running properly.

I called another service and they came out and replaced the timer with no problem.

VALKYRIE was rude and dismissive and did not stand behind their installation service, because they never got it working standard operation.

I would give them 0 stars if that were an option.

They do a lousy service at a premium price , believe me they way overcharge for chemicals, I previously took care of my pool for 10 years before using them so I know , I canceled their service and still came out the next week and charged me and WILL NOT REFUND ME ,, STAY AWAY THEY ARE CROOKS

Was skeptical when my family told me to give them a shot since I had been with the same company for quite a while. Gave them a shot and wasn't disappointed. 2/3 the cost my previous big name company charged and they did way more thorough work. My pool hadn't been cleaned that well in a long time and I don't even know how badly they were skimping on my services previously while I paid the Brevard premium pricing. Guy was cool and did a great. Definitely a rising company to watch here
