Ik bracht mijn fiets binnen wegens een probleem aan mijn batterij. Na 47 minuten krijg ik een mail dat deze gemaakt was en dat ik de fiets mocht ophalen. Bij de mail was een betaallink die zei dat ik 89 euro moest betalen. Hier verschoot ik van maar ik dacht, zal toch even bij de winkel horen. Na mijn melding van dat ik wat verschoot van de prijs lieten ze mij weten er toch enkele uren mee bezig geweest te zijn... Ik vind het wat vreemd dat de prijs dan toch na 47 minuten al vast lag.. Geeft mij een gevoel van 'in't zak gezet worden'..

Disappointing Experience - Avoid This Shop!

I had a very unpleasant experience with this bicycle shop, and I feel it's important for others to know about what happened.

Last week, I brought my bike in for repairs. They told me they would fix it, but when I returned, they demanded an outrageous payment of 850 EURO, claiming they had repaired "everything." I was shocked because they never discussed the cost with me upfront. Since I couldn't afford such an amount—and because it was unreasonable—I refused to pay and asked for my bike back.

When I got my bike back, I noticed they had damaged the taillight, which was now loose and swinging. When I returned to the shop to ask about it, they denied any responsibility, claiming it was already like that when I brought it in—which is absolutely not true. Their attitude was dismissive and unprofessional, and instead of addressing the issue, the staff became rude. After a few minutes of discussion, one of the employees even acted as if he wanted to kick me out, which was completely unacceptable behavior.

This shop not only failed to fix my bike properly but caused additional damage and treated me with utter disrespect. I strongly advise others to avoid this shop—their customer service is terrible, they overcharge, and their work is careless.

Save your time, money, and bike—go elsewhere!

Shops are Public Spaces: In Belgium, shops are considered public spaces where people generally expect less privacy.
Filming for Evidence: You are allowed to film inside a shop if you need the footage as evidence for a legal issue.

Mtb wiel binnengebracht met lichte slag.
Wiel terug gekregen maar helemaal kaduuk, een beetje zoals de paraplu van mijn vriendin na een flinke storm.

Boodschap : uw wiel is kapot meneer u zal een nieuw moeten kopen.

Later terug thuis, na een uurtje prutsen staat het wiel opnieuw kaars recht.

Koop uw nieuwe fiets dus liever in een bekwame fietsenzaak en NIET bij deze klungelaars !!!

Avoid This Shop at All Costs – Dishonest, Incompetent, and Rude!

This bicycle shop is an absolute nightmare! I brought my bike in for repairs last week, and they told me they would take care of it. When I came back, they demanded a ridiculous 850 EURO for the so-called "repairs"—without ever discussing the cost beforehand. That's an insane amount of money, and I refused to pay because they never got my approval for such an outrageous charge.

When I asked for my bike back, I discovered that they had damaged it further! The taillight was swinging and clearly broken due to their careless work. When I confronted them about it, they outright lied to my face, claiming it was already like that—which I know 100% is not true. They took no responsibility for the damage they caused and made excuse after excuse, brushing me off like it wasn’t their problem.

When I tried to stand my ground, one of the employees got aggressive and even acted like he wanted to kick me out of the shop! That level of rudeness and unprofessionalism is absolutely unacceptable.

This shop is a scam—they overcharge, damage your bike, and then have the audacity to blame you for their mistakes. On top of that, their behavior is downright hostile. If you care about your bike and your money, stay far away from this place!

Sales departement is top, maar de onderhoud en herstel vd fiets was teleurstellend waardoor ik nooit terug zal gaan. Bij onderhoud van mijn fiets in 2023 heeft de mechanieker een onderdeel van de fiets gebroken maar de nieuwe vervangen onderdeel van 65EUR heb ik zelf moeten betalen. Ik vond het niet eerlijk.
Update on 28.01.2025. My review was given few months before the new owner Velodome took over the business!

Vorige maand is de gloednieuwe Cervelo S5 geleverd voor mijn echtgenoot en nog wel de special edition. Ontzettend tevreden van de fiets maar zeker ook van de service die Veledome mij gegeven heeft!! Een goede eerlijke zaak, een zaak met het hart op de juiste plaats!

Fiets binnen gedaan voor herstelling...betrof tandwiel achterwiel dat doordraaide.....twee dagen later kreeg ik een berichtje dat mijn fiets terug hersteld was .....superservices en heel vriendelijke fietstechniekers !!
