We delivered our first baby just two months ago at The Baby Suites at OC Regional and it was a great experience. Each nurse contributed to the positive experience in a very special way. We were treated with dignity ,respect, and so much love. The suites are big and kept very clean. The bathrooms are huge ,clean, and recently renovated. Before seeing the suite, I was concerned about where my husband would rest while I was in labor and was relieved to see that the suite had a booth that turned into a comfortable bed if desired (plenty of clean linen, pillows, and blankets at the suite) . There was always fresh water to drink. They bring you and your partner breakfast , lunch, and dinner. The team of doctors and students were professional and very personable. Some of them have worked in the departments of the bigger name hospitals in Central FL. My OBGYN did an incredible job with the delivery with over 30 years of experience. He has been working with Osceola Regional for a few years now as well as with Advent Health. When researching for doctors , I considered ratings and also proximity to my home which was equally important. I was told by many to go with Advent Health or Winnie Palmer and would have but they were too far of a drive. I went with my gut and valued that the hospital was within less than 3 miles from our house and the experience my doctor has over the name of the hospital. I was not going to risk having to drive an hour or more on 1-4 while in labor to go to where" everybody is having their babies in Orlando" especially during this pandemic when you want to be away from as many people as possible. The Baby Suites had only a few patients since its a not as famous as Winnie or Advent. This means that the treatment was more personalized. Also, the Award Winning Nemours Childrens Health System runs the NICU and pediatrics at Osceola Regional so my baby was in great hands after the delivery. We are overall very satisfied and happy with our decision to deliver our baby at The Baby Suites 🙂 PS for Mommas: As for postpartum items, they have everything you need ( Pads, Tucks, etc). They have Huggies diapers, plenty of baby wipes, & pacifiers, etc. for the baby.

I have to give them credit. My wife and I just delivered our 3rd child there a few days ago. The nurses there were great during our 4 day/3 night stay. Rosemond (sweet, caring and funny), Eileen (knowledgeable at her craft and taught us a lot), Bernadette, a couple names I forget. Judith, who took us downstairs as we left was very sweet as well. Very welcoming. The negative was that the cafeteria was limited to only staff, HOWEVER, they fed me too, so that saved me a couple bucks. I was happy, my wife was happy, my newborn didn't want to leave. Awesome job at The Baby Suite.

We just had our baby here on Monday. And what an incredible experience. All of the Drs and nurses helped make my experience as great as it was. So, so nice and helpful. Everyone was so sweet, and very knowledgeable. I don't think I could've asked for a better team. Thank you to Natalie and Colleen who had me their whole shift, and even stayed after shift change for the birth of our little girl. Lisa who was by my side the whole time I was pushing being absolutely wonderful and informative and motivating. And helping care for me and get me cleaned up afterwards. My OB Dr. Wright. who was there for the whole pregnancy, and of course her birth. Answering every possible question I had throughout and making sure I was always comfortable. Every nurse we had in post-partum, I wish I remembered all the names, I'm so bad with names. I will definitely update with all the names if I get a chance to get them all. But everyone deserves such a huge shout-out in the amazing care and experience we were provided with. I really, genuinely, couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The staff here makes the difference. The level of care we received is second to none. The nurses are all-stars.

The food isn't that bad as far as hospital food goes.

Shout out to nurses Julie, Sam, and Christine for being awesome.

Special shout out to nurse Eileen who taught us so much in our first two days of being parents.
